This might include any fact finds done for you, any suitability reports, any relevant pension or bank statements or anything else that you received.

Don’t worry too much if you no longer have it, there are other ways of gathering the information. But, if you can find it, it’s worth gathering to save time.

Please bring a photo ID with you (such as a passport or driver’s license), as well as a copy of a utility bill or some other proof of address. This is so we can carry out the checks we’re obliged to on your identity.
